I had the honor of being a guest on my friend Steve Harper’s podcast, The Ripple Effect.

Have you ever asked yourself who you actually are when you strip away the job title, the routine, the expectations, and the version of yourself you’ve been performing for everyone else? When nobody is watching, and there’s nothing left to hide behind?
Most of us never get that moment. We’re too busy, too comfortable, or too afraid of what we might find.
My friend found it. She sold her house, bought a van, and drove off into the unknown with her dog Paco and no real plan. That was seven years ago. And she has not stopped.
This Ripple Spotlight is one I have been wanting to do for a long time, because Lisa is one of those people who make the decision most of us talk about but never make. And what happened on the other side of that decision is something I think a lot of you are going to feel deeply.
