Estimated Delivery Times

Original Paintings:

I’ll do my best to ship your order 3-7 days after it has been placed. Living in a van means I am not always near a town and am often without a phone signal. I will reach out as soon as I have been notified of your order to communicate the estimated time frame before I get to a Post Office.

All original paintings will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and I will provide you with the tracking number. This shipping method usually takes 3 business days.

Print-On-Demand Items: Prints, Tote Bags, Notecards, Pillows, Coffee Mugs

Each item is made to order, one by one. It takes more time but they’re unique. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming the order are subject to change.


How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, contact me.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Paintings:

If you’re unhappy with the original painting, I’d prefer you return it to me than donate it to Goodwill, or worse, toss it in the trash. Please get in touch with me to explain your dissatisfaction. I will refund your order and cover the shipping costs for the painting to be returned.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

To help me resolve this for you quickly, please contact me within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, the print-on-demand company I use does not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the printer’s part are covered at their expense.

The return address is set by default to the facility where the item was printed. When the returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
