SHIPPING

Original Paintings:

Free shipping applies to all original paintings.

I’ll do my best to ship your order 3-7 days after it has been placed. Living in a van means I am not always near a town, and am often without a phone signal. I will reach out as soon as I have been notified of your order to communicate what the estimated time frame will be before I get to a Post Office.

All original paintings will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and I will provide you with the tracking number. This shipping method usually takes 3 business days.

Print-On-Demand Items: Prints, Tote Bags, Notecards, Pillows, Coffee Mugs

Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time

depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about

your tracking or shipment, contact me.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you

quickly, please contact me within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please do the following first:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your

neighbor’s, contact me me with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, you can receive a replacement order, but

shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your printed products made?

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on

where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

RETURNS: Original Paintings

If you’re unhappy with the original painting, I’d prefer you return it to me than donate it to Goodwill, or worse, toss it in the trash. Please contact me to explain your dissatisfaction. I will refund your order and cover the shipping costs for the painting to be returned.

Unfortunately, the print-on-demand company I use does not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of

these apply, please contact me with photos of wrong/damaged

items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the printer’s part are covered at their expense.

The return address is set by default to the facility where the item was printed. When the returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
